Driver Terms (Summary)

This page provides a non-binding summary for drivers. Binding agreements are accepted inside the ELONZYA app.

Drivers using ELONZYA are independent contractors, not employees. Drivers keep 100% of trip earnings. ELONZYA may charge subscription or access fees.

Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid personal auto insurance. ELONZYA maintains Texas-required TNC liability insurance, subject to policy terms and applicable law.

Accounts may be restricted for safety issues, policy violations, or non-payment of subscriptions.
