ELONZYA is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent drivers. ELONZYA does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers.

Platform Role

Drivers operate independently. ELONZYA does not control routes, pricing, schedules, or trip outcomes.

Payments

ELONZYA does not process or hold trip payments. Drivers and passengers agree on payment methods directly.

User Conduct

Users must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. ELONZYA is not liable for transportation services or user conduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
